Purchased several DVD box-sets from this company. After waiting over a month for them, (I received them 55 days after purchase). I found them to be TV recorded copies! They have TV ads on them of coming attractions! Pretty sure that's called Pirating! Need to contact authorities about it now.
I am in the process of trying to get a refund but it looks pretty hopeless.
I will let you know if I get the refund..
Have been advised by them that they will give me $30 and I can keep the DVD's! Wth! No! I want a full refund so I can purchase the real deal!.
They promise and advertise on their website that everything is the real deal. Be very careful as you wouldn't expect such dealings from their site. It looks very legit and comes across very professional..
They are in China so they told me. I was lucky (I think) to catch one of their live operators. Who lied to me about the postage being so late like the person above sent several diff tracking numbers.
I asked where they are located and also have a delivery docket which I'm hoping will help me retrieve my refund.
Their packaging of the DVDs are like a cigar box covered with stuck on pictures! With pink paper DVD slips for the DVDs I has several different box-sets and all were the same packaging... Buyer Beware!!!
