Received a text message (actually on 03/17, but the computer would only allow me to put 03/12 as the date) saying I had won a Walmart $1,000 gift card and to go to http://prize-patrol.net/walmar for more details. I am a senior citizen and shop at Walmart in spite of some of my family's objections. I had to take time out of my day to go to the public library because I can't affor internet on my laptop. This kind of scam could really sour a frequent Walmart shopper into shopping someplace else! How did these scammers even get my new cell phone number?
