Recieved the email below in response to a job posted on craigslist. I believe it was computer generated as they addressed me by my email name not by my name on the resume (dead give away). Very clever but not good publicity for Craigslist as this is NOT the first one of these I recieved. Be careful. Usually it is written in a broken English but this one is different... Clever.

Unfortunately the job opening has been frozen by the employer as they have decided they are not to hiring at this time. Another hiring freeze, I know its getting really tough these days. I will keep your email on file and if anything else comes up in the near future I will be sure to contact you.

In the meantime I wanted to let you know of something that has helped some of our other clients looking for work. We have partnered with a company that is offering a paid unemployment survey. The company is paying $500 for all applicants willing to take the time to fill out this unemployment survey. I have passed this along to quite a few clients that have taken advantage of this.

I know its not nearly as good as having a steady paycheck but I understand that every little bit helps in these tough times. Below is the link to the survey.
