What a horrible experience! After receiving a postcard with the RoyalCaribbean logo offering a complimentary 8 day/7-night cruise for 2 with an outside cabin, leaving from most major ports in the U.S. And 2 roundtrip airfares leaving from or going to any major airport in the continental U.S., I responded to the toll free number. I was told that Travel Smart was not selling anything just offering a service to travelers. When we arrived, the high pressure, tense atmosphere was quite prevalent. The salemen were crass and rude. The manager was extremely obnoxious. We told them that we were misled at the onset. When they heard we were not going to participate, we were told to leave. The manager refused to give us the promised certificates for the cruise and airlines unless we sat outside the room for 90 minutes. However, I witnessed them giving the certificates to late comers and those they had overbooked. After being approached with this news, the saleman was even more irrate and refused to give the promised certificates. Clearly, this is a scam from all I have read.
