Text was sent to my 82 year old mother's cell phone. I have her on my plan and only pay $9.99 per month for her cell. Now that is being doubled. The only contacts she has are family members and we all know not to text her. Just like a child, she will open anything she receives and the only texts she receives are scams like this. I am tired of having to call AT&T to get the charge removed. Today I got so frustrated trying to get the $9.99 removed that I finally just hung up. Help!
