Federal Housing Bureau
Consumer Report

Miscellaneous

The federal Housing Bureau is an organization that claims to help distressed home owners. Home owners pay them a monthly fee to keep their home from Foreclosing. They instruct the homeowner to cloud their deed so the bank can not get a clear title and therefore can not sell their home. The scary thing is they are instructing the homeowner to commit fraud which is a crime and has for some people resulted in a jail sentence. It doesn't keep the home from foreclosing. The bank can still foreclose It just makes it harder for the bank to have their lawyers clear the deed. This is one of the reasons there are so many vacant homes sitting for so long. The really sad thing is once the deed is clouded it takes a lot of work to uncloud it yet these poor dumb people continue to pay a monthly fee to "keep their homes from foreclosing." Sadly these are the same dumb people who were victims of loan fraud in the first place.
