Wanted to purchase yellow computer key board as seen on TV. After placing order for 2 keyboards they offered an upgrade to glow in the dark. I clicked on yes to upgrade and ended up being charged for 4 key boards. I was not given a chance to review order and was unable to reach anyone by phone. The credit card info was entered before the actual product was displayed. They would not honor the offer of free shipping unless I joined some other organization and give my credit card info to this other company as well. I stopped at this point to limit my losses realizing I had been had. I was not sent an email confirmation for contact purposes.
