I also applied for the free trial - was horrified when i received it to read the small print - phoned straightaway to cancel. I was given number to quote to send it back which i did on 16/02. On the 5th March a payment was taken out of my account - phoned company yesterday and they said they hadn't received sample back even though i had proof of posting. This company are committing an enormous fraud and everyone needs to be aware of it.
