Vitaderm or Aqualift

On 12/19 i ordered Aqualift for $1.95 as tryout base. I recived both Aqualift and Vitaderm. On 01/08 was charged $1.05 &$2.97 which i paid thinking well, maybe they want me try another product and it's only $2.97 so paid and wait for product to arrive. It did arrived within week. On 01/21 Aqualift arrived without my concent to continue. I still had full bottle that i wasn't satisfied with product as advertisec. I return the product at the post office " Reply to Sender". Then i noticed they charged me 01/21/12=$74.99,01/28/12=$79.99,02/07/12=$74.99 repeatly... I dispute charges to Citi Bank but only received e-mail that they can't help it but, i have to contact the merchant to cancel and fill out the forms to return to Citibank. What they don't understand is i don't have valid phone # to Vitaderm nor E-mail address.
This is a hoax company. I am still working on to fix this. Any advice? Not only $ amount but wasting my time to fix it is more unforgivable.
The web site listed on container is not valid support@tryvitaderm.com. Do not authorize any charges to either of these companies.
