Javier gonzales paid me for 1 job with a bad check. Still owes me on another job for 4 months now

This individual Javier Gonzales/Imperial One Construction paid me last year with a bad check. I cashed it in a currency exchange, and now the debt collectors are coming after me. Just got another notice from them in todays mail.

Also i did another job for him 1 days work 4 months ago, and he still is ducking paying me on this. I told him about the bad check as soon as i found out 5 months ago, but he hasnt taken care of that yet either.

I have documentation of the bad check and have the info of the customers the work was done for.
