Sent me a letter from Starcurm Research and Marketing Inc. And a wells fargo check of $3,797.00 from I. P LIc 2973 harbor blvd. Ste 426 costa mesa, ca 92626-3912. Names & Address dont match & I saw this on line and Sandra James is also in the letter but with the #1-289-894-2200. Letter said I had won a Consumer's Point of Sale Sweepstakes held on July 27th in Dallas TX ($28,500.00). Have a friend whom works @ a bank & said these letters were fraud & always happen around this time of the year..
