I ordered a product from a website called hog platinum. They said all i have to pay for is delivery which cost £4.99.14days after, they removed £89.95 from my account. I called them and they said after the order of £4.99, they send another product to continue it and they hung up on me. The website didn't state any of that. They didn't say they would keep taking my money and i wasn't informed before they took out my money. Please help me. I am just a student
