We received a call from "Jo Ann Moore" with Public Yellow Pages saying we owed them a total of $676.80 for "Interest charges" and "Administration" fees back from October. THIS IS A SCAM! They pretend that you already have an account with them and ask people to confirm where they need to send an invoice to. They try to corner an employee so that it seems as if they authorize the charge even if the employee has no authority to charge anything. Recommend reporting them to your local sheriff's office.
