Severe Damage in Rockford, IL, USA

I live in Rockford, IL, USA where there are numerous rail lines I have been told that are part of your network. On March 14 I was driving over 2 sets of rails that have gotten very rough and have a history of blowing out tires and cars bottoming out. I proceeded as normal across the tracks attempting to avoid a particular section where the car dips into the tracks. The car in front of me hit the tracks and blew out her front driver side tire which I helped replace with the spare. As I proceeded over the tracks my car bottomed out (it is stock suspension, nothing aftermarket to make it lower). The hit was so severe that I had to take it in to Affordable Automotive in Rockford, IL to be serviced. The passenger side drive axle was damaged and needed replacing, the front sway bars on both sides were damaged and needed replacing, and the shock to the manual transmission has caused the differential to start binding. I've had my car 2 months with not one issue whatsoever until this day. They have fixed everything but the differential which requires me to go to a transmission shop and have extensive work to replace it. I have been told by the automotive shop to put in a claim with you since they have had other vehicles come in with damage from the railways in my city and we are to recover as much as we can from the neglect and condition of the tracks. There are other rails on other streets that are in worse shape than the ones I drove over.
