This appears as a US company and promises Priority Mail Shipping. Once the order is placed, they state they cannot ship per the information on their website. I've placed a stop payment via Visa, but this place states they've shipped a jersey and refuses to refund any of my money. Looks like a US company, but be sure to run your curser over all the logos at the bottom. They are not even links. I've learned the hard way.
