I've been searching for a job recently, and I use various online job boards such as monster.com, simplyhired.com and indeed.com. I haven't uploaded my resume to any of the job boards, but I have responded to some postings by sending my resume.

I received an email from "White & Thompson", saying I'd been selected for an interview for their client. They asked me to fill out a long questionnaire, concluding with a request for my SS# and credit card # (obviously a huge red flag as no legitimate recruiter or employer would ask for either).

I did not complete the questionnaire, and I reported the email as phishing spam to my mail provider.
