I purchased a lace front wig online which too about ten days to reach me by Fedex. When I opened the package I immediately say that the product did not look like the picture they posted. When I called the number online, it will only take messages. I went on the online chat and this guy Wright was just being rediculous. I quoted their own return policy but he tell me I have to send a photograph as proof that I was sent the wrong item. He even offered me $10 to keep the product. The product was really poor quality. I copied the transcript as proof of my conversation.By the way he would not give me an address to send the photo he requested It is a total scam and they have stollen my money.
