I went online to search for a car history report I put in my VIN#. I gave the company my debit card number for the purchase of the report. First they took out 2.95 then in about a couple of weeks later 24.95. Now a month later on 3/13 they try to take another 24.95. There was not anything on the website explaining any membership, or monthly payments for one single car history report.
