On July 29 two young men, one by the name Chris Caddick, were going door to door trying to get people to subscribe to a list of different magazines so they could earn points to be able to get prizes and to win a tropical vacation. My husband and I were shown two brochures (which I still have because they forgot to take them back) and depending on which magazine you ordered they got a certain amount of points. I ordered one magazine subscription to "Family Fun" and paid $59.00 in cash for 20 issues, I have never received a single issue.
Since last year I have tried without success to get a hold of someone using the customer service number, but no one ever answers and you are prompted to leave a message. I couldn't tell you how many messages I have left them.
