So far I haven't lost any money as my credit card hasn't been charged. But I placed a good-sized order on March 7 and have not received it, nor have I received a response to my email request for a status update on my order. I have no idea if my order was ever really placed (although I did receive an email stating it was) or if I should expect my card to be charged, or if I'll ever receive any merchandise.
