Was instructed to call 1-289-892-2849 and talk to Mr Charles Ray of Prize and Award Presentation Oxford Financial Group 115 Broad street Oxford UK ox1 3as.
Said I won part of 3,000, 000 my portion was $150,000 and the check was to pay for taxes. The phone number goes to Pickering, ON Canada, since so many have received this it must be a scam but plan to visit my bank and see if they can verify the check or track in down by the numbers.
