I left £60.00 in my account to pay my gas and electric, only to find that the money had vanished from my account. I checked my statement online, and found that a payment of £59.94 had been taken by a company i have never heard of, i am a single mum of 4 children and cannot afford to be ripped off like this, and i would like my money reinbursed. How has this happened as i havent used my card to buy anything.
