I also ordered trial products $4.95 each after 1 month of my credit card being credited twice. My bank called the Biocleanse number in Salt LAke City after 10 minutes on hold the customer service assistant said I had to wait till I recieved the product then call up and they would cancel my order and reimburse me my money. She said to me did I read the fine print... I dont recall their being any like many others I rarely use my credit card details to purhcase goods on the net (NEVER AGAIN). I will be going back to my bank today to report this group and get the Police to look into what they are doing.
