Dear sir/ms
I signed up with this company on 22nd feb. At the interview I asked about charges and was given two versions of subscription rates, $89 and$109 for enhanced version. I signed up to the $89 subscription to start mid march, and ms L A Cooper whom I dealt with took my debit card details. So far so good. On checking my bank account online the following Sunday I found that they had taken $179 from my account, on asking about this I was told by email it was an "initiation" fee. This had never been advised to me at the interview, if it had I would have terminated the process there and then, Ms Cooper swears blind she told me but on requesting copy of my signed agreement to that effect I am met with a deafening silence, they do not answer my emails or take my calls. I was most definitely never told of this charge at interview, when i discovered it on the Sunday I immediately cancelled my subscription and informed my bank to refuse any further requests for payment by this company. I would like my money back but they do not answer emails or take my calls nor send copy of agreement, which I should have got at the interview but did not. If such a charge was bona fide it could and should have been done at the interview stage as a one off sale. I must say, coming from Scotland I am rather disappointed at the low standard of ethics in Business here. Thank you, hoping you can make a difference, may have to go to court but it's principle now frank kinloch
