I paid there fee to help in getting a loan and they said they stand behind their service. Well, I have been trying to get my money back because everyone I applied to turned me down!!! Now they are saying that I have to send in documentation of the denials or my refusal upon my request. First of all I only have 1 or 2 actual emails of denials, everyone else quickly flashed across my screen I had been denied! This is the biggest rip off!!! I emailed them and forwarded them the information that I had because I have no printer. They are refusing to co-operate in anyway to refund my money!!!
