I hopped on to live chat to set up the meeting point and everything - apparently they never got the order! I got bounced to another email, told to forward the paypal confirmation and I did so but wrong site and ugh.

Sent in my complaint to paypal for a refund, along with a link to this site. Thanks, scambook, just wish I'd googled ;
