I ordered a $47 solar energy DIY package for $47. The promo offered a free upgrade to an enhanced $67 package. But they charged my account not just the $47 (plus tax), they also made TWO $67 charges (plus tax). Check out their promo at www.homeenergy.org. You can watch their promo, and hear very clearly that the upgrade is free. They also offer a 60-day guarantee, but now that I have checked online, it seems this is pretty much a scam, with no honoring of the guarantee. I also seems that there are others who have had the extra charges.
