I entered the site but didn't quite understand the bid process so I spoke with an agent. After getting more understanding of how to bid began the process. You are guaranteed to win, I never did. No matter what time of day or night I started to the process I never won, so they sent me an email adding credits to my account because I had not won and to entice me to pay more but to no avail.
Spoke with an agent about a refund and got no credible answer when I challenge the win or refund policy.
Have not spoken again, a Facebook pal told me about this site and I am here to register a complaint.
