The previous month i visited there website and bided for a mobile phone, i never received it and the next thing they deducted money from my account, i did manage to get some of the money back and told them not to do it again, but now this month feb they have taken another £59.99 from my account, i have spoken to one of there reps over the internet and have sent them a very strongly worded email, but i do not want this hassle every month and i want my money returned.
