Consistant mistakes

I have been going to tim hortons for years and unfortunately stopped going to a certain tim hortons on park ave east Chatham, Ont because theynever get my order right. I never went there for 2yrs then I started going there a few times because they are closer to my job. Unfortunately they still have nit changed. They continue to screw up my order and this time I was very angry. I went there March 9th and went thru the drive thru. I asked for 2xl dbl dbls a xl 2cream 1 sugar and a xl STEEP TEA 1milk 3 sugar. They gave me 4 coffees. As I got back to work I was very unhappy this time went back to tim hortons to complain. They looked at me interupted me said they would fix it bla bla bla fine whatever. I told them I would rather drive across town to different tim hortons then to ever go back to theirs. SO thats not it they took my cup I had coffee in rinsed it out with water and then put tea in it. That is fricken disgusting they said they couldnt give me another cup. So they gave me my steep tea that now tasted like coffee. I am so pissed off I would like this ignorant disgusting behaviour to stop now. Something to be done about it
