I got a phone call from some young guy that absolutely made no sense. He kept asking me personal questions. Also, kept sending me e-mails - fakes because they had somehow shown the e-mails to me as being from close personal friends and not true. They were not actually sent from my friends. When the charge was made, I tried to cancel but they would not and AT&T Universal would not cooperate. I never received any product or services. Please help. No one else will.
