I was also trying to buy bargain tickets through this company from Buenos Aires to Uruguay. They insisted on bank transfer an I started suspecting something was up. Checked the net for complaints and found a very recent one here thank you. Never was contact made to my email address as well. These people should be locked up. What a waste of time to expose crooks like this.
