Was called by rep. From this co.in may. Was offered a deal on a cruise. Was quoted fees and prices. Paid $188. On debit card. Called in jan. To check on things. The rep. Who sold me the biii of goods was no longer there, the fees, prices and conditions had changed. I demanded a refund, was told no refunds, was informed that i was told this at time of set up. I replied i was never told that i could not get a refund. I feel like this co. Has ripped me off. I will never trust this co. Again and will spread the word to every one to be ware of this co.
