Rip-off! They fraudulently charged my checking account. Texas

We called to get pricing and activation info so that we could decide which package we wished to sign up for. They asked us all of our information including debit card number to begin activation. We told them to let us think about a few things and we would get right back with them in a day or so.

Relizing that we had all of our money in that accound we decided to transfer all but 50.00 to our other account for safety. The next morning we checked the account and found that while we were on the phone with them the previous night, they had tried posting something on our account for 1.00.

Then we noticed that after we hung up and transfered the funds they had posted two more times, each for 1.00. They were never authorized to do such a thing. We called Dish to get an explination. 20 minutes on hold ended in being hung up on.
