Deyon borrowed several hundred dollars from me at different times. I have a note that he signed with his social security number in the amount of $3,500. I met him at Eli's American Grille in February. He did not tell me he was married until we were more involved. He asked to borrow $500 so that he could move in his own place. Then a few weeks later, it was because he needed to get his car fixed. Then a few weeks later was to be able to rent a truck and move into my place. He used that money to go to Chicago, because he told me his niece was hit by a car and almost died. He came back about 3 months later and was bringing me a payment. He began using cocaine and ended up raping me that night 10/5/10, then disappeared. I have not seen him since. I reported the incident to the Tempe police and made a report. I did not press charges for fear he would hurt me. It has been 18 months, since the incident with the police and he contacted me wanting to pay me and make things right. I have not seen him, nor have I received any payments.
