You dont have to look very long or very hard in this distressed economy to see the vultures preying on the helpless. Its bad enough that Rock Hill Pawn Shop, and all Pawn Shops for that matte

There are con artists, there are thiefs and then there are pawn shops which are the best at both. Couldnt help but wonder how much the woman was paid by Rock Hill Pawn Shop to open her gape and slam a person complaining about Rock Hill Pawn. Opinions are just that mam-who or whatever you are but I have facts. My facts are in the form of police reports from 2 different states that had to recover some stolen equipment that Rock Hill Pawn bought from one of their best thiefs/customers they say and they do it on a daily basis. My comments again are not hearsay or opinion - they are public record. Back in April my church was ripped off of about $15,000.00 give or take, of musical equipment and other expensive media items. Almost all of which ended up at - you guessed it - Rock Hill Pawn. Now they can easily say that they didnt know the stuff was stolen right? When someone walks into your business and sells you $15,000.00 worth of stuff for $300.00 out of the back of a van or truck or whatever - YOU KNOW ITS HOT MERCHANDISE! Then in case you werent sure - when someone calls you giving exact detail of the contents of say ; a Peavey Grind 5 string walnut and maple neck thru the body bass guitar with matching case, padded Fender strap, Pro Co cable, Boss bass overdrive, knows the truss rod cover was removed and in the case with the 3 screws that hold it in, knows everry imperfection of the bass then Rock Hill Pawn should have returned the bass with whatever equipment it was pawned with to the rightful owner and press charges against the thief who pawned it. Oh no, they laughed and left it on craigslist anyway. Then when local law enforcement called them they still left on craigslist. When Rocl Hill PD got to them they finally took it off of craigslist - for a week or two. Then lo and behold I saw it again on there! These people know no morale code at all and operate outside of the law. But yet they are still in business. Finally they reluctantly released the equipment that had ALL the serial numbers removed, which wasnt worth having at that point. I provided the cops with the original purchase order and receipt, and shipping trail so I could have my equipment back that I cant sell if I wanted to. Who buys equipment that has no serial numbers? Oh yeah thats right ROCK HILL PAWN SHOP. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
