When checking my Emails an offer of a free trial of PuraSilk came up at the side of the screen. I, m sure I read all the information and decided to proceed as it said it would cost only the postage and packing of £2.99. The item arrived when I was away on holiday. On my return I was pleased to open the package but I did not use it straight away. It was perhaps a week later when I tried it and after several days I decided I didn't like it anyway. Before I had timne to send it bacK I was horrified
when my bank statement arrived showing an amount in excess of £74 had been taken out.

I have telephoned customer servies to be told I was too late to send it back and I would not be given a refund. My bank have also confirmed they are unable to get the money back.

It was money I could ill afford to lose and I feel I was conned. This company should not be allowed to trade. I have reported them to the Trading Standards Office.
