I ordered a free trial of 2 perfect radiance anti wrinkle serum, i had told the lady on the phone that i have a very sensitive skin and i only want to try this anti wrinkle serum wheather it goes with my skin or not, and that i dont, want to go into subscription, or signing up for monthly orders. I had made things clear that its just the trial that i want. The lady on the phne said thats fine just pay shipping fee of $2.95 each which is total 5.90. I even sent a email to them telling them i dont want to sign up for any more orders unfortunately they have taken out money 3 times within 3 days, and from my sons account its not mine he only paid for the trial order, taken out was 3 payments of 220.00 pounds. Please can anyone advice me what i can do. As my son is so angry with me, i cant pay him back because i, am not working. I am linda kaur of cardiff.
