I ordered free samples that dully arrived. I then received eye and face creams but when I viewed my Visa bill I had been randomly charged for products that had not been shipped. I have cancelled my credit card and will get a new one. What a hasstle. My Bank will assist me by sending me out a Dispute form to fill in and they will endeavor to pursue. Who?
What a shame as I found the products to be good and would have happily paid a reasonable monthly charge for them but instead I feel I have been sucked into a scam. Silly me. Good luck to all trying to rectify this injustice.
Maybe it is just an honest error and it was not intended. How could they be so stupid. Ruined a good business by reckless accounting and non disclosure practices.?
I will watch with interest to see how others cope.
My Bank said they will try to help me Watch this space. I do t blame them for my stupidity.
About$300 NZ lost such a waste of money. Could have spent it on good people & not had it stolen from my bank account. Lesson learnt.
Pity because the net has good products and is usually safe. I have a red face...
