Was to;d specifically that my bank account would not be debited until and only IF i chose a loan through them... The next day they took out 79.95 pounds and i made an immediate complaint... Apologies were offered, refund was promised IMMEDIATELY, all I had to do was e-mail a reply and quote a reference number they had sent me... I did this immediately... 3 months later they still have not refunded me, will do so only by cheque, after deducting a 5.00 pound fee for ripping me off. Subsequent calls have received blantant lies and false promises, and even total disinterest... The company is shameful in their abuse of those who are at a time of need in their lives... Disgusting
