Cemetary/funeral pre need plans

My mother had started a pre need cemetary plan in feb and a funeral plan in feb.in 2009 the funeral part of her plan went south so too speak, and the payments she had made for all those previous years never made it too the appropriate people. So, when there was a trust setup for those people who lost money to the funeral plan my mother wasn't a part of it. No one seems to know where that money went. Now, for the cemetary part of her plan, it was paid off the first of this year, they said she still had 200.00 left to pay and 1145.00 for opening and closing. I had made a claim too bbb. This is such an injustice that people can get away with doing stuff like this.
