Requests for refund ignored

As I found it to be useless, I returned the balance of the product (Clear Focus) per C N's instructions. It was received and signed for on 11/17.innumerable phone calls were made and a number of letters sent, including one to the president of CN, requesting the refund. On 2 occasions I asked to be put in touch with a supervisor but ended up leaving a voice mail as she was not at her desk.in neither case did I receive a response. On 2/19 I submitted the relevant information to the Complaints Dept of the Better Business Bureau and to the Office of the State Attorney General. Despite their contacting CN, neither they nor I have received any reply from CN. At this point, I can only conclude that CN does not intend to honor their printed 90 day guarantee.
