College Assistance Plus promised an academic schoarship for our son Corey to the University of Michigan. Corey was accepted at Michigna, his choice of school, we signed up and paid $2900 on April 10 Corey comitted to U of M on May 1, and in May U of M toldus that they no longer provide any type of academic scholarship.
