Company offered $2,000.00 worth of groceries with a one time fee of $19.95. A $1.00 fee was also charged by Free Shipping.com, which is non-refundable. The operators try to enroll customers in a myriad of progams with monthly deductions from one's credit card/checking account visa/mastercard. Flimsy coupons are sent by mail—coupons which I would not use in a million years. When I called Free Shipping.com to ask why $1.00 was taken out of my checking account, the operator stated that it was an agreement made by me at the time of enrollment. The operator refused to refund the $1.00 fee. This is a scam. The original operator claimed the program was sponsored by the fcc. This is wrong—fooling the public!
