I contacted the company for services. They submitted a paper contract that for 396.36 they would find a local auto mechanic to repair my transmission if only there was a transmission problem and set up and provide a free tow for my vehicle. They set up a tow, tricked me into to thinking I actually had a transmission problem to get me to wire to money and days later I heard nothing from them, so I had to contact the shop about my property which was just sitting on their premises waiting to hear from transmission.Biz because the shop confirmed the vehicle had no transmissions issues. I contacted James with transmissions.Biz who promised to solve this issue never contacted me back and kept my money.
