I've never purchased anything off of TV adverts before but thought this would be a good gift for my father. I went to the website ezeyes.com to purchase. The advertising price was $14.95, buy 1 get 1 free. The glow in the dark wasn't part of that price but was a low additional cost so I went with it. Still, the product was supposed to be buy 1 get 1 free. I answered "no" to all the additional offers but at the end of the order, without being asked to review my order, I was automatically charged $101.70. Apparently I was being charged for 2 "deluxe" keyboards & 2 mice (which were supposed to be free as well). It also charged me twice for shipping $15.90 each. I immediately called the customer service number, but to no surprise, it said to call back during normal business hours M-F. No where on the site does it give an option to cancel the purchase. I called my bank & filed a complaint. Needless to say, I will never attempt to buy anything off of TV adverts again. Buyer be ware!!! This company is a FRAUD!!!
