BUYERS PLEASEEEEEER BEWAREEEEEE I recently purchased a concert ticket to the Tyrese Concert in Baton Rouge, La for March 17. Once I received my ticket in the mail I discovered the face value of the ticket was $66.50 for floor seats Section A Row 21 Seat 16. I was charged $202.00 from my bank card by GigATicket from Metro Entertainment. I notified the company and talked to a woman whose name is Amanda she would not disclose her last name that works in customer service.

I asked her some questions about the over pricing of the ticket and she had a very rude, not pleasant and nasty attitude towards me. I asked to talked to her supervisor and she stated, "I am the supervisor", which she contradicted herself later on during the conversation and said George Nicholson works in the office who name was printed on my ticket was in charge. This organization are scamming people by price gouging tickets. Me as the customer is not happy with the service and the over pricing of the ticket for which I was charged.

I later checked with the venue that is hosting this event at the Baton Rouge River Center to find out that the tickets were only $75 and this was for floor seats in the same Section and for the same seating area. I tried explaining this to Amanda and she just basically did not want to hear my queestions, comments and complaints. Consumers please do not purchase your tickets from this organization please check with the venue that is hosting the event first. This organization is a RIP OFF AND A SCAM!!! Something needs to be done about this situation.
