I ordered on the 26th January a free trial of extra mango weight loss capsules form a company called Bioslim with the understanding that I only paid the $2.98 for postage. The free trial did not arrive until the 20th February. Once I read the lable I realised I shouldn't take it as I am intolerant to some products. Today (3rd March) I realised the company has billed my credit card two payments of 95.38 and $92.77.
When I contacted the Australian out let for the company (Syd 291912796) I was told that the conditions in the small print stated that if I didn't contact them within 17 days (it tool longer to get the first product) they would assume that I was happy with the product and would continue to purchase it each month. (This means that the free sample was only free until the 17 days had expired.)
The company then offered for me to ring them when I received the next bottle of BioSlim and they would give me a code for its return and reimburse my money. Th first order came without any invoice address or anything.
