Wife ordered free sample for $1.99 and $2.75 shipping. Vitaderm and aqualift from ad. The charges came thru for the shipping and imediately after those charges came 2 more for 74.?? And $62.?? We called the credit card co. And protested the charges and was given a custermer service phone number but could not get thru. I searched google on vitaderm complaints and found a phone number and did get a person with foreign accent that was hard to understand. After several threats and told her we contacted our credit card company to protest the charges she agreed to refund them. These charges are ongoing each month. So beware of this Co. I did get a confimation # for the refund but has not been refunded yet. The payment went to malaysia.
