I was on Facebook and spotted the advert for free trial on facial creams so signed up. I received the order and never got my free trial period. They have taken money from my debit card 4 times; 15/02, 20/02, 1/03 & 3/03 totaling $250.31 New Zealand dollars. I have never received an invoice and never received any address or phone details from them so I am unable to put a stop to them taking money from my account. My only reserve now is to close my bank account.
